He feels that it is in right spot to be a lymph node(s), but is not sure if it is one lymph node with growths on it, or a clump of 5 all together.
He said it can't be a reaction from removing her last lymph node, because that would happen almost immediately, not 8 months later.
He also said the last node was suspicious enough (looked cancerous) for them to do a flow cytometry test when it was removed.
After examining her and consulting with her oncologist (while we were still there) they both made a plan they agree on. They want to watch it for a week to see if it grows anymore, and then after her reevaluation schedule her surgery to biopsy it. So we go back to see him Friday morning.
We also have an appointment Tuesday morning with her ENT to figure out her tonsils regrowing, and an appointment Tuesday afternoon with an Immunologist (who used to work at CHOP) to see if they can help us figure out the second biggest question of all of this...why does this keep happening
